The city of Frankfurt is quite small and could easily be visited within less than a day. Most sights are located around the Romer square and along the river.
There were a lot of foreigners in this town, likely because it is a major travel hub, but it seems there is also a high population of Asians whom had set up home here, with the number of Asian grocery stores and restaurants located just across the street from the main railway station.
Frankfurt also seems to be rebuilding and rezoning its town centre, with a few upcoming developments located close to the river.
Below are the key sights :
Romer Square and surroundings
St Paul’s Church
Neues Rathaus
Dom (Saint Bartholomeus’ Cathedral)
Big Euro Sign on Willy Brandt Platz
Eiserner Steg Bridge and River View
